The founder
An operator who has shipped production AI end to end.
Before advising, the work was operational: scoping, building, deploying and supporting AI systems in live environments — with the data, integration and reliability constraints that real production demands.
That experience is why our advice is conservative. We have seen where these systems break, and we scope to avoid it. We would rather tell you something isn’t ready than sell you a project that won’t hold up.
Independence
We earn no commissions and resell no platform. When we recommend a tool, it is because it fits your problem.
No reseller agreements with Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other vendor. Our only incentive is that the work succeeds.
How we’re structured
A lean core, with a vetted associate network.
Engagements are led directly by the founder. Specialist associates — engineers, domain experts, evaluators — are brought in deliberately, scoped to the work. You get senior attention without the overhead of a large firm.
